If you’re familiar with my blog or my work, you know I’m a huge fan of affirmations and positive self-talk. Treating yourself with kindness, patience, and compassion helps to reparent yourself and heal your inner child, too. So let me ask you-

What kinds of things do you say to yourself? Is your self-talk positive, encouraging, and loving? Or maybe you beat yourself up, discourage and criticize yourself, and tell yourself hurtful things?
